About:China Consulate in Houston
Can I apply and pick up a tourist Visa for China on the same day? I am coming from out of town.

Mario, it's possible. If you plan to make use of same-day pick-up service, you should ensure that you submit your application before 11:30. More importantly, you need to ask approval from the consular officer. If he/she doesn't agree, then I am afraid that you have no choice but get back to pick up your application on the fourth working day.0
