expedite visa processing for hongkong

Question

hello, I am paul  a lebanese citizen who is working in saudi arabia, i applied for a hongkong entry permit and submit it just now. My question is,  can they give me for less than a month? Coz im leaving saudi arabia going to the phils this april 30 And from phils ill go to hongkong. Im just worried they might not issue it before ill leave riyadh.
