Travelling to Philippines via Bejing and Xian, can I get 72 hour visa?

Sandra, if you want to use the 72 hour free transit policy, you cannot transit in two cities unless the the two cities are all in Guandong Province. Therefore, I'm afraid that the policy is not available to you.0
