As I know, in those big cities, such as Shanghai, Beijing, Xian, Guangzhou, they all have celebrations.0

The Moon Festival has spread to many ares surrounding China, but it hasn't gotten as far as India I believe. Unless you count people that are of the area and celebrate the custom, but live somewhere else.1
