Both flight and train are available.
If by air, it would be more time saving.
If by train, you can take G276 from Guangzhou South. It costs CNY1384 for the first class seat and CNY894 for the second class seat. The journey is about 11.5 hours. Or you can take T160m from Guangzhou Station. It takes 29 hours to reach. Ticket price for soft sleeper is CNY791.5, for hard sleeper is CNY455.5.
