About:Chinese Embassy in Kuwait

Do I need an entry permit?

I am kuwait doctor and I want to attend conference in shanghai from 9-4-2015 till 12-4-2015 shall I apply for visa?? please reply as soon as possible

Yes, you need one. Specifically speaking, if it is a business conference, you need to apply for a M type one. If it's a conference focused on researches, cultural exchanges, or public affairs, you need to apply for a F type one.
