I see it says between April 15-30 and also August 15-31 as the best timing to Longsheng Rice Terrace

Well, during that period, people will irrigate water into the fields. The rice terrace looks very beautiful with enough water, glittering and hazy. Apart from many tourists, it attracts a lot of photographers then.
