I am staying at the Greenland Jiulong Hotel and am planning on going to new star what's abetter the # 10 subway or taxi, mainly coming back since it will be dark out; safety factor?

A taxi ride is the most covenient. It is convenient and safe enough. The cost for a single trip to the spa is CNY35-40. By subway, line 4 is more recommended:walk from your hotel to Hailun Road to take the subway and get off at West Yanan Road. Leave through exit 2 and walk west for 2-3min and turn to Tianshan Road to find the spa.
