About:China Visa on Arrival

VISA on arrival Xi’an, China

I am an Indian Studying at NTHU hsinchu, Taiwan. I need to attend IEEE NEMS conference on 7th April.
I am finding difficult to get mainlnd entry permit at Taiwan. May i go for VOA at Xian Airport?

As a general rule, the VOA of Xi'an is not available uunder circumstances. I suggest you go to Hong Kong/Macau or nearby countries to apply for the entry permit. However, if you don't have residence permit in Hong Kong/Macau, it's difficult to get it from there.
