i would like to know whether it's possible that friends could visit, when one has a job

I am currently working as an English Teacher in China and I have a male assistant, because I can't speak any Chinese and he helps me with my daily activities, like communication in banks and shops, etc. I would like to take him with me to Saudi Arabia, as I have an upcoming teaching contract there.  Would that be possible?
