Tigist, I'm afraid you can't apply for it on Friday. The embassy accepts applications between 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. from Monday to Thursday (except public holidays). BTW, you can only collect your passport at 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
