The distance between is about 752 miles (1211 kilometers).
I'd suggest you fly from Shanghai to Changsha first. Then take airport shuttle bus to Changsha West Bus Station. There you can easily take a direct bus to Yuanjiang (buses are available from 07:00 to 18:30).0
