About:Year of the Sheep / Goat

The lucky numbers listed here are 3, 4, and 9 with 7 being unlucky.

On another website, they list 2 and 7 as lucky. There is also discrepancy in lucky directions as well. Which is correct?

Can you tell your birth date and year first, please? Also, the consequence may based on different analysis, so there would be some differences in the conclusion.
