I am arriving at 22.00hr, how do i get to Xian empress hotel?

According to your arrival time, you can take airport shuttle bus line 3 (the last bus leaves at 00:00) and get off at railway station. Then take a taxi to the hotel directly. The cab fare is around CNY15.
