Well, the process for applying multiple entry permits is the same as that for single entry permits. If you have obtained Chinese entry permits before, then please submit their copies. If it's the first time you are applying for Chinese entry permit, your financial standing proof will be needed and the possibility for getting a mutile entry one becomes less.
