delivery to hotel

Question

To have the tickets delivered to the hotel where i am staying do i need to be at the hotel to take delivery or will they be left at reception for my collection later.

Thank you for your inquiry.If you book from us, we will arrange the delivery in advance and the express will arrive your hotel about 1 or 2 days in advance. We will contact your hotel first to ask them to keep the express for you before the delivery. You can pick it up the express after you arrive hotel. Thank you.
