About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I reading this right I can't have the 72 Hours Visa?

I'm flying UK - Dubai Hong Kong then returning Beijing Dubai UK, with an internal HK-Beijing flight for 3 days.

Dave, it's possible for you to enjoy the 72-hour free transit polciy because when we are talking about immigration matters, Hong Kong is regarded as a third country.
