No, but you can ferry to the Shenjiamen (Banshengdong) port first, there are bus for Hangzhou. Or you can take a taxi to Putuo bus station from Shenjiamen and then take bus to Hangzhou.

If you choose Shanghai south, you need to take the metro Line 8 from Dashijie to People's Square(only one stop) and then change to Line 1, 40min for this trip. If for Shanghai Hongqiao, you can take the metro Line 10 from Yuyuan Garden, 50min.

For your hotel in Hangzhou, it is closer to hangzhou station, 15min by metro Line 1 from Longxiangqiao station. It would be about 30min by Line 1 to Hangzhou East.

Wuzhen is like in the between of Shanghai and Hangzhou. But Wuzhen do not have a railway station, you need to stop at Tongxiang instead. It is very easy to go both from Shanghai to Tongxiang or Hangzhou to Tongxiang. After you arrive Tongxiang, you can take bus No. K282 to Wuzhen bus station (40 stops) first and then bus No. K350 to Wuzhen. The bus trip would be about 2 hour to 2 hours and 30min.
