how I can get work permit in Macau?

I have done Bachelor digree from India after that I went six years in AUSTRALIA I have got two years advance diploma in hotel management. In addition I have done post graduate diploma in hotel SINGAPORE with internship in Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore.now I'm working in India supervisor of housekeeping. I m fair colour 5'11" I have beard but I can do clean shave but tied hairs at back.would that possible to get work permit
I would be very thank full your staff manners if u will guide me, because here in India agents do not guide properly.
