how do i apply for my china visa for my malaysian passport?

I will be travelling to Hong Kong next month. Can i apply from Hong Kong?

Mel, according to the regulations issued by the Commisioner Office of PRC Foreign Affairs Ministry, if you don't have HK residence permit or ID card, you cannot apply for China entry permit from there. Maybe you can turn to a travel agency to help you get it, but it's very expensive. So I sugegst you apply for one before your travel to Hong Kong.
