I have lost my APEC card  and am scheduled to fly to Guangzhou this evening?

Miami, are you in an emergency? If so, you can get in touch with the Guangzhou Immigration Department and see if you can apply for the VOA. Maybe the loss report of the AEC card is required. However, if you are not in a rush, you had better wait for the reissuance of the APEC card or just apply for a China entry permit.
