can go to lantau island and disneyland in hong kong on the same day?

Yes, it is fine to cover both of them in a day. I suggest you go to the Ngong Ping 360 (Lantau Island) in the early morning and have fun for half a day. In the afternoon and evening, enjoy yourself in Disneyland.
