which is the fastest way to get to Guangzhou by train, via macau or hongkong?

Via Hong Kong, you can take the Guangzhou – Hong Kong Through Train from Hung Hom Station to Guangzhou East, it takes about 2 hours to reach.
Via Macau, you can take bus or taxi to Gongbei. After go through the border, you can take train from Zhuhai Station to Guangzhou South in around 70min. And usually it takes around half an hour to pass the border at Gongbei.
By contrast, it is faster to go from Macau, but it may not be as convenient as the travel from HK.0
