Bf is Dragon (09 apr 1976)

And what time of the day is best for us to get married?

Yes, Jun. 15, 2016 is ok. There are other auspicious days in the same month you can take as an reference: Jun. 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 18, 21, 24, 28, 30.
