Can I take instant tea satchets that contains milk?

Can i take non prescription medicines like for nausea, aches and pains, diarrhoea for personal emergencies.
Can i take cereal bars and instant tea satchets that contains milk?

For medicines, you need to provide the prescriptions from your doctor or pharmacist. Tea satchets contains milk is not allowed to entry. Cereal bars would be ok.
