Apply for a M type in Mauritius

Hi i'm Swiss but currently doing an internhsip in Mauritius. I was wondering if anyone knows what documents i have to present. I thought just the usual documents such as invitation letter, passport (6month valid at least) and the application with a picture. In addition I would present my Visa of Mauritius.
Is the Chinese Embassy in Mauritius really strict?

A.m.k, apart from the documents you mentioned, you should also submit a photocopy of your passport's data page and a photocopy of your entry permit of Mauritius. The consular officer may also ask you to submit a dispatch letter or coverring letter of your company. As long as you prepare all the necessary documents, I think the embassy will not be too picky.
