About:Taiwan Weather

Is it a good time to go to Taipei and Taichung during 9th to 14th Sep 2015?

Will there be rain or typhoon expected during that period?

Yes, it is a good time, for from July to September there are most activities to experience. In Sep. the rainfall is average, not too much, and the typhoon season is June to October. You need to pay close attention to the weather forecast before you go there.
