About:China Work Visa

wondering it is possible for a Canadian to find a internship in China with a Chinese visitor visa?

Hi Kelly,

According to the law it's not legal to do so, you will need a Z type or since its for your study you could do it possibly with an X type. I would strongly suggest you to check if either Z or X type is possible and make clear arrangements with the person for whom you are going to do the internship! It's quite a hassle to get either of those types, but china gives you an experience that you can't find anywhere else on the world!
