About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

I will be arriving Hong Kong on Monday by Cathay Pacific.

Can airport express bus send us to Eaton hotel at Nathan Road. Any charges?

I'm afraid no. Here is the tranport method for reference. In the airport Ground Transportation Center, you can take bus NO. 23 to Chi Wo Street, Jordan Road. Then you can reach the hotel within several mins walking. By the way, the bus fare is CNY18 and the bus ride is about 60 mins.
