About:Qinghai Lake

Do I need to apply for entry permit like going to Tibet?

Is Qinhai/Xining part of Tibet? I plan to go from Lanzhou.

You need an entry permit for visiting Tibet. Qinghai is not a part of it and no entry permit is required.
