If you do not want to book the ticket by internet, you can go to the nearby railway stations to buy tickets with your valid certificate like passport. While I have to remind you that the train tickets of hot attraction cities may in great need in travel peak season. For a smooth journey, you are suggested to book the tickets in advance. If it bother you much, you can turn to TravelChinaGuide. I had book the tickets through that agency, and it save a lot trouble. I remember their contact info is bookingstravelchinaguide.com.

For your therapy, I suggest you take treatment in Beijing, for it has most advanced medical resources.
There is a public hospital famous for acupuncture therapy, it is located at No. 16 of Nanxiao Street, Dongzhimen inner street, Dongcheng District.
