Whats the best way to get to Regal Riverside Hotel in Sha Tin from HKIA? Thank you :)

You are suggested to take bus no. A41 at Airport (GTC) Bus Terminus and get off at the hotel station directly. The ticket fare is 22.3 HKD per adult. And it takes around an hour on the way.
