About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Is it bound to mention accommodation arrangement in Hong Kong with address?

or we can get visa without mentioning it.

It depends on what type of entry permit you are applying for. If you are applying for the tourist type, you had better provide the accomodation arrangement. Otherwise, the officer may have a reason to reject your application.
