Posiibility of getting a visa from the embassy in Kathmandu (Nepal) as a tourist

I am an Israeli travelling in Nepal and would like to continue travelling to China. Is it possible for me to get one in the embassy in Kathmandu?

Yes, it's possible to apply in Nepal. I would suggest you find a local tour agent to help you. If you apply on your own, it may take long time since you are not familiar with the procedure.
