how Malaysian passport holder apply for visa from Sydney to China?

Gigi, you can first prepare your passport, a copy of the passport's data page, a properly filled application form attached with your passport size photo, the original and photocpy of your Australian residence permit, and other supporting materials, such as hotel reservations, flight tickets, invitation letters, etc. Then go to the CVASC office in Sydney in person or mail your application documents to there.
