About:China Customs Declaration

Can I mail new, unopened bottles of supplements to China if I declare them on a customs form??

I want to send 15 bottles of Glucosamine Chondroitin and 15 bottles of Calcium Magnesium with Vitamin D. Each bottle contains 120 tablets and they are for my wife's relatives. She has a lot of relatives. They will be for personal consumption and will not be sold to others. I've brought these supplements to China in checked baggage when flying from the U.S. to China. I just returned from China and therefore must mail them since I won't be flying to China again for several months.

Sichuan, I am afraid that your supplements will be stopped by the customs if you send them on your own. It exceeds the limits. I personally suggest that you find a cargo company to help you deal with this. It costs you some money but saves your time. If you are familiar with customs laws, you may go through the customs procedures on your own.

Thank you, Cindy, for your prompt reply. I appreciate it very much. I was able to give you a thumbs up but I don't find the symbol mentioned for giving points. Anyway, I am forced to reply as a guest because this website refuses to accept my username or password.

I still don't understand your reply. Are you saying that I need some kind of export license to send this many bottles of supplements?
