a Singaporean male, DOB 14 June 1969. What should I do?

I seem to have rotten luck this year. Nearly hit a pedestrian jay walking on the road. My staff rebel against me for nonsense reasons and resigned. My boss, a very insecure fellow had been the subject of poison letters. He tried to plot against me thinking that I was the one who sent the poison letter. My work quality is good but there has been much distrust between my boss and me.

Khoo, everything seems to get better this year. If you are unhappy with your job currently. You may consider changing a job this year. It says that you have new opportunities. However, you need to make a good plan. Don't quit until you find a new job. Before you quit, you should keep a low profile and finish your jobs very well. Don't think about other matters.
