can i change tickets bought onlinedelivered to an address?

Question

If I buy tickets on-line and have them delivered to an address, can I go on-line and change them (to a later train of the same day)? Or is it absolutely necessary that I retrieve the them, go to the stations and change them on the spot? Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry.The delivered tickets can only be changed on spot by showing the passport, cannot be changed online. If you want to change it online, you need to choose the collect by myself option when submit the booking. In this way, it can be changed online before collection, and please inform us the change at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you.
