What is the process to apply for the 10 year multi-entry VISAs

It was just announced that the Chinese Embassies starting 3/8/15 will be issuing 10 year multi-entry ones. I didn't find any information on the embassy websites. The phones were all automated so I couldn't ask any person. I was wondering is the application form still V.2013 (the same as now) and if so how do we denote we'd like to apply for the 10 year one. Also what fee is associated with this. Thanks.

Jenny, the application form is still V. 2013. In the blank box after Item 2.2 Intended number of entries, you can tick "Other (please specify)", and note that you want the 10-year multiple-entry type. The fee for the 10-year entry permit is 100 Canadian dollars. In addition, I heard that if you want to apply for this kind of entry permit, the remaining validity should not be less than 10 years, which means you may be required to do the application with a new passport.
