What is the process to apply for the 10 year multi-entry VISAs

In the blank box after Item 2.2 Intended number of entries, you can tick "Other (please specify)", and note that you want the 10-year multiple-entry type. The fee for the 10-year entry permit is 100 Canadian dollars. In addition, I heard that if you want to apply for this kind of entry permit, the remaining validity should not be less than 10 years, which means you may be required to do the application with a new passport.
