Where can we see pandas in gansu province?

Hi, I'm gonna cross the province in few weeks and I wanted to know whether there is a place to see giant pandas there and furthermore if this place is open in March and how to go there.

As I know, there are wild pandas in the Baishuijiang National Nature Reserve, Baima River Protection Station. But I’m not sure whether it is open to the public. Anyway, you can contact the officials by email 729252914qq.com
