should i pursue the claims with shops i had my injuries at? Dob is 16june 1981. Thankyou.

April, I think you should pursue your claims if it wasn't your fault. Someone has to be responsbile for your injuries. Don't give up easily. If necessary, you may find someone who is familar with the laws to help you.
