Hoang, you can apply via Chinese embassy in Singapore. It takes around a month because your application will be transferred to HK Immigration Department. The documents include

1. completed application form (ID1003A, different from the one for mainland China).
2. 2mmX2cm photo taken recently.
3. original passport photo with at least 2 blank pages an valid for six months at least
4. original and copy of your resident permit (PR and RE-ENTRY PERMIT, EP) with the validity of six months at least
5. Original invitation letter, proof of employment and company leave letter.
6. Current bank statements for the past 3 consecutive months, which can show that you have money to burden your cost in HK
7. Round trip airline ticket and hotel reservation.
