About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Hi I went to china with tourist visa last year for plastic surgery!

Now I am need to go back and need to do the surgery again as it's not really what I wanted and contacted the hospital they said they will do it for free! I stayed around 2 and half month as recovery time is bit long ! The question is what type should I apply this time , do I need confirmation letter from them ! I want to apply first and get my plane ticket because they told me to make appointment a month in advance ! Can I do that ? that's all! Thank u!

Adele, you need to acquire invitation letter from the hospital. Then you may try to apply for S2 type. The invitation letter should include:
1. invitee's information: name, sex, date of birth
2. visiting information: why he/she comes, dates of arrival and departure, where to stay, relationship between the inviter and invitee, who burdens the expense during the stay
3. inviter's information: name, address, tel, signature/stamp.

If duration of stay you get is short, you can try to extend it at local entry and exit management bureau.
