Is luck on my side interms of a windfall for me or my partner

We would really like to purchase a house. Do you see it happening soon? My dob is 8.7.75 and partner is 20.2.1969

For you, Elle, you have chances to earn a windfall. However, you shouldn't rely on your windfall to make money for buying a house. However, your partner's finance isn't very good this year. So I think you both may postpone your plan of buying a house this year. Perhaps, 2016 is a better year for both of you.
