About:China Customs Declaration

I am going to China for 9 days from the UK ,then I go to the Philippines from China


I bought 3 basic cell phones for friends in Philippines. In Dubai duty free shop
Do i need to declare them in China.thanks peter

Yes, you need to declare them. BTW, if you still keep the receipt of the duty-free shop for the cell phones, you don’t need to pay any tax in China.
