I want to renew my passport in the Philippines to have my long term vacation but my working permit will expire on July 15,2015..although my passport will expire on December 29, 2015 can I renew my working permit on July then after I renew my working permit, I will go home to the Philippines to renew my passport...or I need to go home first to renew my passport before I can renew my working permit on July..thanks in advance

Sheryl, in my opinion, you should go home first to renew your passport and then renew your working permit. If you don't renew your passport, it's probable that your renewal application for the working permit will be turned down because the remaining validity of your passport is less than six months by then.
