About:Chinese Embassy in Serbia

I am Petar I have a tourist Visa and I need to expand and change it to apply for a bussiness one.

Would you be so kind to answer me what documents do I need to apply for,and could I do these at the Chinese Embassy in Hong Kong?

Petar, you just need to apply for a M type for business and then your tourist type automatically becomes void. If possible, please apply from Chinese embassy in your country. If you don't have HK resident status, I am afraid that you have very little chance of getting it in HK.

The requirements for M types include your passport, finished application form, a recent passport photo, invitation letter from your Chinese trade partner/company and invitation letter from duly authorized Chinese unit (if necessary).
