i am samson. i have travel document valid for 45 days. can i go to china for medical treatment?

I'm afraid you can't. To enter China, you should apply for the Chinese visa. During the application, a passport with at least six months' validity is required for submission. If u don't have a valid passport, you can't get the entry permit.
