Where will the 2017 Taiwan Lantern festival be located? in what city of Taiwan?

Stephany, the host city for 2016 Lantern Festival hasn't been decided yet, according to what I found on the internet. It takes time. So I think the host city for 2017 Lantern Festival should be announced at the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2017.
