About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Do I have to declare these convictions on the form for L tourist visa?

Hi there, I am Australian citizen, I would like to travel to China. I have a few minor criminal convictions from 13 years ago. They are all now spent convictions which no longer show up on an Australian criminal record check.

Alan, I wouldn't declare the convictions if I were you. Don't make your application complicated. However, you still have a chance to apply for the L type successfully if you declare your convictions. It has been proved by some people.
